Chakra, means "circle", and "wheel". Chakras are the seven energy centers distributed in the human body.

They are at the top of the head, between the eyebrows, the throat, the center of the chest, near the navel, the lower abdomen, and the coccyx.  Indian philosophy believes that chakras exist in the body and govern the functioning of the mind and body. The seven chakras of the human body are introduced in yoga as follows: there are seven energy centers in the human body, because these seven energy centers are spiral, so they are named seven chakras;People can pass through these chakras to receive energy. These chakras correspond to different colors of light, and these lights are also one of the sources of energy. These colors can be obtained from food.  In other words, chakras can be healed with food.
