Wheel Yoga

This class combines the use of a yoga wheel .  the yoga wheel expands the chest and shoulders, stretches the hip flexors and rejuvenates the spine.  gain flexibility and releasing the muscle of the back, neck and shoulders, as well as deep hip flexors. Also can changing balance posture.

This class is not suitable for students with spine injuries.
